Rusyns’kŷj Svit / Ruszin Világ [Rusyn World], a new publication by and about the Rusyn community in Hungary, made its debut in October 2003. The 16-page, glossy magazine uses both the Rusyn and Hungarian languages (in approximately equal amounts) and is produced by former staff members of the Vsederžavnŷj Rusynskŷj Visnyk [National Rusyn Messenger] magazine which continues to appear as well. Dr. Ištvan Mikohazi is the corresponding editor and Dr. Stepan Ljavynec is the editor-in-chief, assisted by Dr. Marianna Ljavynec.

Regular sections in the magazine include: Minority politics; Celebrations/Jubilees; Culture/Traditions; Antonij Hodynka Society news; Science/History; Readers’ Page; For Children; News; and Rusyn Cooking.
